Planned Activity Group (PAG)

Aged care at Omeo Health Service is tightly integrated with the local community. 

Residents of the Lewington House facility have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities, outings and interests facilitated by the Patient Activities Group (PAG).

In addition to helping stimulate physical and mental activity, this service also enables hostel residents to preserve an active presence and continuing engagement within their community. 

These community links assist us in our aim of ensuring Lewington House client’s physical, emotional and social well-being are maintained at levels commensurate with the high esteem in which the Omeo community holds its senior citizens.
