Graduate Nurse and Midwifery Program

We supporting graduate nurse and midwives to join the ODH team

ODH welcomes new nurses and midwives through the Graduate Nurse and Midwifery Program, which supports graduates to find suitable positions across Victoria.

Support to Relocate

We also recognise that moving to a rural community is a significant step. ODH can work with eligible employees to make relocation easier, including helping you access available relocation support and local information.

Our team can also provide information about:

  • ODH services and the local community

  • Available staff accommodation

  • Schools, early learning and transport

  • Local shopping, recreation and community groups

  • Getting established in the Omeo district

Relocation arrangements and accommodation options can be discussed during the recruitment process.

How to Apply

Applications are coordinated through the Graduate Nurse and Midwifery Program’s central recruitment process. Visit the Graduate Nurse and Midwifery Program website for more information about eligibility, applications and available graduate positions.

Support may be available through the Rural Workforce Agency Victoria, with eligibility depending on your profession, circumstances and current programs. See the Rural Workfoce Agency Victoria website for more information.
