Dr Mariam Cranswick

The Community Health Centre is fortunate to have Dr Mariam Cranswick visiting monthly.

Dr Cranswick is a highly experienced General Practitioner with more than 30 years' experience in primary healthcare. She graduated from the University of Melbourne and completed her hospital training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital before moving into general practice. She holds a Diploma in Women's Health from the University of Melbourne and has a longstanding interest in women's health, healthy ageing and preventative care.

BreastScreen Victoria Visits

A BreastScreen Victoria Mobile Screening Service visits Omeo every two years, making it easier for eligible women to access free breast screening closer to home. Regular breast screening can help find breast cancer early, often before symptoms develop.
