Welcome Dr Ankush Madan 

B.Sci (Physiology), B.App Sci (Podiatry), M.Pod.Prac

Growing up as an avid cricketer coupled with a love for latin dancing, and years of working in the medical field both in hospital and clinical setting allowed Ankush to witness and experience first hand importance of good overall health, and how feet care are often overlooked. This sparked a keen interest and determination which led Ankush to earning Distinction from La Trobe University specializing in Podiatry.

Ankush has been practicing in public as well as private practice in Victoria and abroad, which further exposed him to various cases involving feet care ranging from the ingrown toenails to heel pains, diabetic foot management to wound care and Elite athletes, with patient of all ages including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. Though Ankush enjoys all aspects of general podiatry, he has strong interest in biomechanics, muscoskeletetal & rehabilitation of lower limbs, diabetes & wound management, as well as footwear education. Ankush believes in providing personalised care solution for all his clients by listening to his patients’ concerns, educating and developing a care plan that are not only effective but also easy to understand; because frankly, not all feet are the same.

Dr Ankush Madan will be visiting Omeo District Health every 2 months. His first visit will be Thursday 6th July 2023.
